[NLRS] PNP Blue ?

Lets get in our 'way-back machine...'

A while ago (several years, actually), someone on the list was talking
about using "PNP Blue" to make circuit boards.  Are you still here ?  Was
it as good/easy to use as I seem to remember ?  Would you recommend it ?  

I want to try and use it for for making a pattern by chemical milling
(etching) a piece of 0.016 Cu.  One of the edges needs to be a pretty
precise mathematical line, and I don't think I can trace it accurately
enough from a paper template.
