[NLRS] QST Article for 2006 August UHF Contest (and some early "cheering" for 2007 UHF!)

Update from my previous note about the web report.

The Adobe Acrobat "PDF" version of the article as it will appear in the 
January (2007) QST is now available at the ARRL Contest web pages. The 
"Printable Line Scores" is also there but I think they (whoever is 
responsible at the league) need to do some work on the formatting, 
especially for Rovers...many (most?) Rovers are listed with the call twice 
or some other strange "configuration" of their callsign and another piece of 
information.

Just the same, it's "way cool" to see TEN Rovers listed in the Dakota 
Division in the Printable Line Scores, outnumbering the combined 8 of "A" 
and "B" classes there...now where were we saying the "center" of RoverMania 
is?

I also view this as a positive message that the "Limited Rover" Plaques that 
it looks like (from all of the "Yea" votes on the motion that I've seen on 
the reflector) Northern Lights WILL be sponsoring in 2007, is a good thing 
to do!

At least 200 Logs Submitted in 2007 UHF! "We" can do it!
