Add my "dah-di-dah-dah dit di-dah" to the list. (Or just call it a "Yea" if
that makes a problem with recording the votes.)

Subject: [NLRS] Yea or nay - Motion on NLRS sponsored Limited Rover
plaquefor UHF contest.
Hello NLRS land.
For NLRS members in good standing, I need your vote, YEA or NAY, on the
following motion that is authored by myself. The motion, seconded by
Chris
Cox, N0UK, reads:
The NLRS (The Club) shall sponsor a first place and a second place plaque
for the Limited Rover category as an addition to the ARRL's UHF contest.
The
Club's total annual cost is not to exceed $75. Winners may be located
anywhere in the USA or Canada and shall be determined by the three Club
officers
given the following guidelines:
1. Winners must have adhered to the full rules and regulations of the
ARRL's UHF contest.
2. They must have submitted a Rover category log. Winners shall be
determined by review of the contest data that appears on the ARRL's contest
website.
3. A Limited Rover is defined as a rover who competes with no more than
three bands. The three bands may be any three bands of their choice that
are
available for use during the UHF contest.
4. Winners must have complied with both the rules and spirit of the UHF
contest and may not have demonstrated unfair rover practices. Unfair rover
practices may include such practices as exclusive grid circling, pack
roving, or
captive roving. Determination of this rule is at the discretion of The
Club's officers.
