[NLRS] DirectWay Dish

I've got a friend that wants me to come harvest his old DirectWay sat internet dish off his garage roof.  He got access to DSL and jumped at the chance to ditch the satellite version.  So my question is, what the heck is that devil?  It looks considerably more potent than a typical Direct TV dish.  Obviously, it is an uplink too.  Are the horn components convertable to something usable?

I told him I would come get the dish/horn/electonics.  If nothing else, he's a friend and I'm happy to help him clean up the garage roof.  But what can I do with it?
