[NLRS] Tropo forecast and antennas to loan out

Hello NLRS land.

The Hepburn Tropo Index at http://www.dxinfocentre.com/tropo.html continues
to look good for this weekend, especially Sat and Sunday.

Also, I have a few antennas that I can loan out for the ARRL VHF contest if
someone is interested.   I have a CC 2m Jr boomer (15' boom), a CC 424B 432
yagi (17' boom), and a homebrew 3 element 222 yagi (end mount).   Drop me a
note if you want to borrow any of them.
