[NLRS] Tropo this weekend ?

Just a heads up.  Reading the NWS wx discussion indicates warm temperatures
this weekend with some capping.   A peek at the Hepburn tropo forecast at
http://www.dxinfocentre.com/tropo.html confirms that his analysis software
has tapped into this.   Seems like its been a very long time since we have
had a tropo opening, but this weekend is looking as good as it has in a
long long time, especially Sunday.
