[NLRS] Beacons and how to see them

I've received interesting emails from Jerome, WA9HCZ near LaCrosse and
Bill, KØAWU in Grand Rapids, MN.  They concern listening each has done for
beacons using FFT DSP software that includes waterfall displays.  If you
are a student of propagation, you might want to download some of the free
software and start listening for beacons (when the band is dead).
