Why not just locate all sources of TX enable in the radio, slit traces, and route to a small piece of perf board with a couple relays, optoisolators,etc. add a pair of jacks and use a loop plug for standalone operation and a pair of plugs for sequenced/transverter use? I've done this and its not that hard to find your PTT mic input, vox, cw tx,etc.
