Here is the reminder for the Hamfest tomorrow. The weather shows it to be a
fine travel day so get out and support the Hamfest and your club. We have a
small core group that will be there but again please make the effort and
time to support YOUR club by spending some time at the table so that the
core group can also have a chance to 'Walk The Fest'

Here we go again! We again this year have a Club table for Midwinter
Madness.  Midwinter Madness is this next weekend

Again I think it is important to have lots of stuff to show and lots members
at the table to show stuff and talk up the upper bands and Aurora 2004.
This is what makes a club look interesting and involved and gets newcomers
excited. Please carefully consider helping out.

I am doing the scheduling thing different this as we always seem to have a
number of members show up.  I will need two people to help with set up and
two to help with tear down.  Other than that I would ask that members make
it a point to show up at the hamfest and help at the table as they are able.
1/2, 1, 2hours or the entire morning if you want.  This is going to be a
come and go as you please format.  Remember,  this is your club and it is
what you make of it.  Please let me know what areas list below that you can
help in.
