[NLRS] KP Beacon in EN37ed

9:45pm. The signal never built enough to be heard but was clearly  seen. I 
called Gary GHZ  who beaconed after I saw the signal. The freq  was

Pretty neat Bill.   Do you think that this was on snow/rain  scatter .... can 
you tell by looking at the Spectran display if its scatter vs  pure tone ?
