[NLRS] Looking for capacitor

I'm looking for a replacement electrolytic  capacitor for my 11 amp power 
supply.   Its 18,000 uf @ 25  volts.  The exact cap is a Philips M HP 9822 that 
measures 1.625" tall by  1.390" in diameter.  Both leads are on the top.   

I don't  need the exact same cap, so Plan B is any ~ 18,000 uf cap, 25v, or  
better.   My own supply on this type of capacitor is  limited.
