[NLRS] W0ZQ/B 222.061 is back up.

Thanks for the report John.   You are pretty close to the beacon.   Anyone
farther out had a chance to listen and if so, how is the signal quality ?

Stronger signal since the repairs, seems about the same strength as
usual.  Frequency does indeed seem to be a little lower.

The big difference that I hear is the tone of the signal.  It does not
sound like a sinewave single-frequency tone any more.  It has a
distinctly raspy or buzzy sound to it, sort of like a square wave or
triangle wave instead of a sine wave.
