The ATF101346 will work just fine - probably.  It has slightly higher gain 
and so may be more unstable at UHF - but my experience is that it'll 
probbaly work fine.  The only other consideration is that the gate lead is 
about 1cm long on the MGF-1302 whereas it's only about 5mm long on the 
other two devices.

If you're soldering to a PCB then it probably won't matter, however, if 
you're replacing a device that was in a dead-bug layout (good for 
low-loss) then you may need to lengthen the gate wiring.
