[NLRS] States Above - Mid month update

Hello NLRS Land.

With the sensational sporadic E opening during the contest, I'm thinking we
should see a big jump in the CSVHF Society States Above scores.    As you
work through your log, send me any updates that you may have.    The States
Above operating event run's through the end of June.    For those who were
not previously playing, if you operated the contest, you most likely HAVE
at least 30 states & provinces in your contest log.    Go to the CSVHFS web
site at http://www.csvhfs.org/ , click on the "States Above 50 MHz" banner,
and download the forms.    If you have 30 or more states & provinces, fill
out the paper work, mail it to VE3AX as instructed, and you will receive a
very nice certificate.

This year marks the tenth running of the CSVHF Society States Above
operating event.    The event runs from July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.
The objective is to work as many States and Provinces as possible on the
bands above 50 MHz, QSL cards are not required.  The primary purpose of
this fun operating event is to promote interest and activity on the VHF/UHF
