[NLRS] Contest Logging

I ended up saving my log as ADIF from VQLog and using LogConv by KA5WSS to
convert to Cabrillo.  I still had to fill in a few blanks and do some find
and replace to get it right but, all in all, it worked OK.

Jon, Duane and Bill(AWU) had some good suggestions for software, I'll check
them out and see which I feel comfortable with, Thanks.

I see Bill caught the 2m Es 12 minutes before me and saw it end only 2
minutes after me, I'd bet the extra time he got at the beginning was due to
the SDReceiver, very nice.
