[NLRS] N0AKC contest update

The 2304 dish is on the tower and heliax routed to the shack.  So far it is untested, so I have no idea if it is going to work, but hope to tets with W9RAY later this evening.  I will not have a lot of power on the band, only 1-2 watts with the transverter in the shack.  Hope to make a little noise on the band this weekend.

By September I should have 60 watts on the band and should be heard.
