[NLRS] Wincing in embarrassment that I missed naming a team member

Please know that I'm cringing that I neglected to add Chris Cox
N0UK to Presentations, and Hospitality Suite.  Chris was at almost
all of the planning meetings and was one of the cheerful workers
making this thing happen.  He, too, has my thanks and my apology
for not mentioning him in my thank you letter.  I checked my
listing once but I should have checked it twice or thrice.
Nothing was meant by my omission but my omission still has an
impact and for that I'm sorry.

Thank you Chris for working so hard on this project.
