[NLRS] Povermania III - July 30 Update

I'm forwarding Jon's most recent post concerning RoverMania III to not
only NLRS, but to the BC and CVVC mail reflectors, with my additional
comment that I've finally put a page on www.nlrs.org with the
information that Jon has dug up so far. I did my best to estimate the
times and locations of the rovers, but those estimates must be taken
with a grain of salt. If the plans I've seen so far come to pass, there
will be 8 (or more) rover stations out there, covering a total of 26
different grids, with anywhere from 1 or 2 bands up to 9 bands. There
may be more to come, and I will do my best to keep the pages updated as
I learn more.

My own plans for the coming weekend are still unsettled. I might go out
as a rover if I can make the time to set up the vehicle, but that's a
bit chancy given that I took last week off of work to concentrate on
CSVHFS '06 tasks, and I expect that there is quite a mess waiting for me
at work when I go back tomorrow (Monday). If I make it out as a rover,
I could possibly bring 7 bands (from 222 to 3456 plus 10368), but if I
work from home, I'd likely be limited to the lower 4 bands (222-1296)
plus a very questionable 10368 (I doubt my signal will make it over the
hill to my north for downtown scatter, but I would probably at least
give it a try).

Any rovers, portable stations, or even fixed stations that plan to
participate are encouraged to spread the word and I'll do my best to
keep the nlrs web pages up to date.

(I also added N0UK to the web pages from his separate message to the
NLRS reflector, which I will also summarize here in Jon's format:

N0UK/R
Bands: 432, 1296, 10G
Grids: Saturday EN23,24,33,34 Sunday TBD
Primary Freq: TBD

73 for now, W0JT
