[NLRS] Povermania III - July 30 Update

Hello NLRS land.   

Two  updates.   First, I added N0EDV's info below.   Second, the  long range 
weather looks to be "seasonal" (ie, cooler !!!) and the long range  models are 
discussing fronts and rain chances (ie, rainscatter ... won't that be  fun).

Any other rover or portable stations coming out to play  ?   We have seven 
Rovers and two Portable stations.   All  plans are non-binding.   

PS:   I have a CC 424B (17'  boom) on 432 and a HB 3 element 222 yagi to loan 
out if someone wants to borrow  them for Rovermania.
