[NLRS] Rovermania III - Prelim plans, July 26, REV B

I just heard from Phil, KF9US as I hit the SEND  key, so I have added his 
info to the rover list below.   That makes  for seven rovers so far !

Hello NLRS  land.   

Just an update regarding Rovermania III, the ARRL UHF  contest ( August 5 -6, 
1 PM to 1 PM, 222 and up ).   

First  John, K9JK, will be writing up the contest results for the League, so 
please  forward any post-contest stories & information to him .... logs go to 
the  ARRL contest robot (or paper logs via mail) as usual.      

Second, I have added the "Off-of-down-town" activity hours  below.   The idea 
is that not everyone can make it out to play for the  whole contest, but 
perhaps you can find 30 minutes around one of the activity  times to aim at 
Downtown.    Remember, all plans are tentative  & non-binding ! 

Anyone else gonna come out and play ?    .
