[NLRS] Rovermania III - Prelim plans, July 25

Well, Rovermania planning is a bit slow .... very understanding given the  
work on the conference that is right on top of us plus everyone's busy summer  
schedules.   
 
However, we ARE up to four rovers .... anyone else gonna come out and  play ? 
  August 5 -6, 1 PM to 1 PM, 222 and up.
