[NLRS] FS 3456-144 down east

Have been thinking about letting go of a couple things.  I have a Down East
3456-144 (1W) transverter factory built.  Setup for 144 common IF 3-10W.  All
is complete, working, tested (last service '2005 at Down East).  First $275
takes it.  Can bring to conference on Thursday.  Have 24-28V xfer relay too for
$15 more if needed.
