[NLRS] CSVHFS Conference and NLRS Hospitality

Hello NLRS land.

Its hard to believe, but its only six days to the kick-off event for this
years CSVHFS Conference.   Wow.

The purpose of this email is to remind everyone that as the hosting club,
to extend a friendly and welcoming hand to our visitors.   We should expect
to see an influx of conference attendees as soon as Wednesday (July 26),
with the big surge on Thursday.   For those who have the opportunity,
please monitor 144.200, 147.21+ (thank you TCRC), and 146.46 simplex.    If
you hear a new mobile in town, please give them a big NLRS welcome and ask
them if they need any assistance.    The NLRS prides itself in being an
open and friendly group so lets make sure we apply those great attributes
to greet and help our conference visitors.

Remember that the conference hotel is the Ramada Mall of America (formally
the Thunderbird) located just north of the MOA.   Walk-in registration is
available.    Also, the Central States VHF Society website at
www.csvhfs.org has additional information as to location and driving
directions, etc.
