[NLRS] QST -- N9LR activating EN55/56 July 15-22

  Hi everyone,

  N9LR will be active from EN55 & 56 on 6 and 144 starting
tomorrow thru next Saturday the 22nd.  He will have 3 els on 6
and 10 els on 144, up about 35'.  He will have bricks and also
be capable of digital modes.  He emphasized he looks forward
to working a bunch, and said he might be more available to op
in the mornings.

  This should help activity out for the CQ WW VHF contest that
starts at 1pm tomorrow and runs thru 4 pm Sunday.  50 and 144
only.  I will be on much of the time from EN63ao and hope to
hear from many of you as you go about your weekend.  I also
have 222, 432, 903 & 1296, if you want to try those bands.  Best
way to contact me would be via email or prop loggers on the web.

  You've already heard from K9JK about the trio of rovers that
will be buzzing from the eastern parts of EN50/60 up to EN54/64
and back south.  Here's hoping they will be very busy!


  If six and/or 144 are anything like today, it could be a very fun 
ride.
Six was very strong across the US this afternoon, and 144 Es were
in from 2:45pm until about 4pm from northern New England and
adjacent VE-land into SE Wis, Mich., Ill. and Iowa.
