[NLRS] cq ww vhf contest

  I will certainly be around for part or most of the contest, Matt.

  I hope to hear you and other NLRS'ers.  The early Hepburn
tropo maps look to be promising.  It also looks like a legitimate
heat wave is coming, so sensible hams will defer outside projects
in favor of A/C, cool fans and colder beverages in front of the rig.

  As far as I can see, there are no prohibitions on making skeds
even while the contest is in progress.  I know that I've missed you
in other contests and that grates on me (hi :) ).  I also know that
when a lot of the NLRS'ers are pointed right at me, and vice versa,
we can usually complete, if we try a little bit.  In fact, I enjoy a 5x1
or 4x1 contact far more than I enjoy armchair copy.

  Keep us up to date as your plans unfold.
