[NLRS] MidWinter Madness and Club Banner

Midwinter Madness is March 25, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm, in Buffalo,  MN.   Unless 
someone objects, I will ask Glen to send them a NLRS club  check for a table 
in the Club Corral area. 
 
Earl, we have $400 allocated in our budget for a new club banner  and/or 
display system.   March 25th would be a really nice time for  its debut (hint 
hint).   It would also look really nice at the NLRS  hospitality suite at Central 
States later this summer (more hint  hint).    I think there are several club 
members who are willing  to help you with this endeavor if your looking for 
help ..... just say the  word.
