OK, that was a trap to get you to open this email.    As you all know
Aurora'06, scheduled for April 29th, will be here in the blink of an
eye.    What we need from YOU, that's right, YOU, is input as to what you
would like to see as topics for the afternoon technical program.   Again,
this is directed at YOU.

Please drop Donn, WA2VOI, an email that contains a list of topics that may
be of interest to YOU ..... something that you would like to hear talked
about.    IN ADDITION, please indicate if there is something that YOU would
like to present ..... remember that Aurora is a very relaxed setting, we
all know each other, and we are all very eager to learn from each other and
to have some fun.

To get the brain stuff flowing, here are some examples of topics ;
      How to stack VHF antennas
      Putting together a rover station
      Contest operating techniques
      Propagation (Pick a mode)
Construction (new projects, how to mount connectors on coax, new
      Power Poles, etc)
      Digital stuff (WSJT, EME)
      New products, and/or new parts/components
      Antenna design
      Antenna construction
      Logging software
      Operating experiences
      Adding bands
      Transverters
      Sequencers
      Preamplifiers

So after you have delete this email, PLEASE create one addressed to Donn,
WA2VOI, at wa2voi at minnmicro.com and in that email list a few topics that
may be of special interest to YOU, along with suggestions as to who YOU
think may be a good presenter for the topic (optional), and if YOU would be
interesting in presenting at Aurora'06.    Presentations can be short or
long.

NLRS is a very active club driven by active VHFers.   Lets continue to
demonstrate this outstanding trait, give Donn some help, and make Au'06 the
best Aurora yet.

73, Jon
W0ZQ
