Comments:
Score is lower than 2004 Jan VHF Contest and I had more multipliers this
time. However, I had less Qs for the same amount of effort in time spent on
the 2004 contest. Sunday afternoon was pitiful, I spent 45 minutes to an
hour calling CQ with no replies. Surely, nobody was watching
football....were they???

I was glad to hear and work WB9BZK/R and W8LON/R who gave me several grids
during their travels. It was also good to work old friends and to even hear
new callsigns out there on the bands during the contest. I noticed no great
band openings but did enjoy some good conditions Saturday and Sunday
evenings down into EM79 and EM69. Furtherest surrounding grids worked were
EN34 (W0VB), EN41 (N0URW, K9AKS and K2DRH), EN40 (KA9FAJ), EM79 (KG9BV),
EM69 (KB9WZJ), EN80 (N8KOL) and EN82 (K8SIX)

I believe I got the extra grid multipliers this year because I am now
running a 5 element beam on 6 meters verses a dipole in 2004. I even heard
voice bursts from K1TOL (FN44) Saturday evening on 6 meters. I believe he
answered me once during one of the bursts but I had no luck in getting the
exchange. I know that I would not have heard him on the dipole. Anyway, I
am continuing to upgrade the station.

Thats it from here!
