[NLRS] Winter tropo ?

The Hepburn Tropo Index for 1200Z, Thursday, Jan  26 look interesting.   Take 
a look at  http://home.cogeco.ca/~dxinfo/tropo.html .   The NWS has us with a 
 high around 40 degrees (above) on Thursday out ahead of a cool  front.   
Heads up for Wednesday night through Thursday.
