Hello everyone,
Well another contest done, this was certainly one that took some work with 
conditions as they were. Despite several recent posts, I was able to push 
the old FT-736R along with good success.  I think its a fine old rig which 
has treated me well during the last couple of contests. I'm not electronics 
inclined, just a  self proclaimed "appliance operator" (just plug and play). 
  I also run the FT-650 on 6 meters.  My rigs get a workout throughout the 
year though, not just during the  contests, maybe there in better shape, hi 
hi. The M2 antennas on the tower seem to have proven themselves once again. 
I plan on having 1296 on the air by the June contest.

I will see you in June, untill then fire up those rigs during the week, make 
a little noise, you might be suprised at who you will work.
