[NLRS] Log processor

I heard back from Dan Henderson and he says that the problem with the 
processor recognising alphbetic band designators was supposed to have been 
corrected last night but evidently it was not.

I edited my log and resubmitted it using the numeric band id instead of 
the letter.  Awkward, but it accomplished the job.
