[NLRS] log robot woes

FYI - you may want to hold off on submitting electronically to the
JanuaryVHF at arrl.org log processor.
If your log program (e.g. VHF-DX) uses the older, and now deprecated,
single letter VHF/UHF band designators instead of the numeric format, it
appears to be rejecting log lines in a semi-random fashion.
I have asked Dan, N1ND, if this is a known problem.
Note, all of my prior logs were submitted using the traditional letter
designator without any problem.
