[NLRS] Jan test score

Here's my contribution from EN35

Score: 297

It's clear that I need to get some directional
antennas up.  Currently I have omnis on 50, 144 and
432.  For every station I worked on 2 meters, there
were at least 2 or 3 more that I could almost copy.  I
think adding 10 dB of antenna gain would help make a
significant difference.

I haven't sent my score in to the ARRL yet.  Can I
send it in as part of NLRS, or do I need to contact
someone to officially become a member?
