[NLRS] KC9BQA on from EN63ao

  KC9BQA will be on from EN63ao with good high antennas on 
50, 144, 222, 432, 903 and 1296.

  I plan on operating a lot today and this evening -- not entirely sure 
about tomorrow yet.  Haven't been on the air much for a few months 
and just got back homethis morning -- hopefully all gear is cooperative.

  I also plan on looking toward the Twin Cities and Northern Wisconsin 
at regular intervals.  I will look toward the Cities at the top of the even 
hours (2, 4, 6, 8, 10 pm central) and then also look due north at about 
5 past those hours.  Look for me between 144.180 - 144.220 and also 
around 50.140 - 50.150.

  I am located 40 miles north of Milwaukee, in EN63ao.  SSB only.

  Look forward to working everyone.  Hope to make contact with EM57 
as well.  Plan on me looking south at about the half hour.  Sort of that old 
clock/compass comparison thing...
