Here is a reposting from Dennis, NT0V, who is currently having problems

I plan to active for the contest at times this weekend, for sure  Saturday 
afternoon and evening.  Sunday is probable, depending on family  plans.  I'm in 
EN08oc and have 50 through 1296 operational right  now.

Some of the Winnipeg guys plan to get on Saturday night around 9 pm,  meeting 
on 432.100 and qsying to other bands as possible.  Join us if you  can.
