Hi Donn,
I measured the frequency when Dave first put it on the air. Gary also
measured it and we agreed that it is FSK keying with the lower frequency
about 10,368,292 and the higher frequency 10, 368,392. The frequency may
have aged up a bit the time and the FSK measured about 7.5 kc. I will
measure it again in a week or so and see how it is doing. I use my signal
generator that is locked to 10 MHz GPS. as the reference.

Subject: [NLRS] 10GHz beacon freq ?
Whats the consensus as to the "normal" freq ? 10,368.298 ?
My 10GHz been running long enough now that I can calibrate. After 10-15
minute warmup it shifts 400-600 Hz depending on basement temp and battery
voltage.
If it's .298, then my calibration factor is .491-.298 = .193 This agrees
fairly well with the quick and dirty calibration I did last summer at the
10GHz tune-up.
Thanks. And thanks to N0KP for the Beacon !!
