[NLRS] NLRS dues

>From time to time members have asked about our payment schedule for club
dues.   Club dues run from Aurora to Aurora (which happens in late
April).    If you are a new member you still get the full year, Aurora to
Aurora, for the next full cycle ... a bonus for new members.    We
typically place a spot on the Aurora mailer for you to pay your dues.
Also, we do not have a life membership and we greatly prefer one year dues
.... not multiple years.
