Almost surely it can though if its too small (like under 10 inches
diameter), its not worth the bother. The mount needs to tilt it to the
horizon and the feed horn may need to be changed, depending on what's
there. Its probably an offset dish and the geometry isn't so obvious,
but W1GHZ has an online tutorial on offset fed dishes.
Or is it a wire mesh or welded wire dish for 2.4 GHz data? Then it will
probably be too open for 10 GHz...
