[NLRS] tilt over HD pipe tower winona sk item

I have available a tilt-over steel pipe tower here in Winona.  I have photos
available for those interested.  The item is not commericial but has been
engineered to tip over at just above the half way point.  The height is 30FT
minimum with the top set up for 2" I.P. mast inside.  Right now the tower has
at least 10FT more of 2" for a total height of 40FT.  The base mounts to a
concrete pad with (4) anchors.  There is a winch installed on a plate at the
bottom with steel cable to facilitate tipping the unit over. 

The owner of this tower had a large HF tribander installed on it.  It is free
standing with no guy wires.  The unit is behind a garage ... when tipped over
the mast could be reached via the garage roof.  The unit is still mounted to
the concrete base and is in good mechanical condition but could use a paint
job.  The local club here in Winona can assist with removing the tower and
loading it.  It is very heavy, but could probably be hauled with a boat trailer
or similar.
