Well, I guess I had a major brain fade, and never posted it anywhere, 
just gave it to a few individuals and forgot to post it.

no longer valid, so I fixed that also.

If anyone spent a bunch of time entering their data into a pre-3.01 
version of the spreadsheet, I will gladly move their data into a v3.01 
spreadsheet and send it back to them, since that was my boo-boo!
