[NLRS] Soapbox delays?

Have had that happen to me as well.  Think the league wants to make sure that
some specific info such as .. great to work George on 1296.102 CW at 1846Z in
EN4X doesn't affect things.... looking forward to you report Chris .. should be
there soon
