Hey anyone,

   Remember the old days of car top luggage carriers? 
Does anyone out there have an old set of those suction
cup style roof racks laying around that they want to
get rid of?  The one our family had was made of two
separate rails which had 4 bluish grey suction cups on
each rail...with the gutter straps also.  If you have
one of these old bad boys, and the suction cups are
still in decent holding shape, let me know.  I am
trying to make a roof mount antenna/mast/rotor unit
for the car (or whatever vehicle) for roving work.  My
car does not have rails on it, which is why I am
looking for the suction cup mount.  I was sent a link
to one company, but it looks too flimsy for what I am
trying to do.  I know these old roof rails are heavy
duty enough for my needs.
