Saturday morning shack sitters:
If anyone is around Saturday morning before the
contest 1-2 hours, please point toward Eau Claire
(EN44) I have not done on air testing yet, and I
think everything is working. Justin was having issues
the last contest or two, and in any case anything is
better for me at the farm than trying to deal with the
"blast though the hill" practice from home. I have
2.1:1 SWR on 1296, but I am getting 16W forward and 2W
reflected, so it should work. I just tossed
everything together at the farm tonight, and need to
find the 432 line to run that, but I should be running
before 11 or noon tomorrow. I won't be at the
computer here after 8am, soif you at the shack before
the contest, I will be calling out on the .100 freqs
to the West for testing purposes. Any help will be
appreciated.
