[NLRS] NT0V contest weekend plans

I'm going to be home Saturday night and Sunday, as things look now.
Saturday morning and early afternoon I'll be helping celebrate the 125th
anniversary of Clifford, ND.  Bet you've never heard of it.  Anyway our band
is in the parade and doing a concert as well.

I'll be on 222 through 2304 and 10 GHz for sure.  A little effort and 3456
will be available as well.
