[NLRS] Rovermania III - August 4 Update

Hello NLRS land.   

Very few  updates this evening.   Numerous fixed stations have posted their  
intentions to be active ... I have not collected those here, just rovers and  
portable stations.   Don't forget the proposed 10G activity times off  of 
downtown (noted below) .... I will miss the 1:00 pm on Sat but hope to be in  
range for the other two.

Rovers, travel safely .... drink lots of liquids  as it will be warm and keep 
an eye on the weather, especially late on  Saturday.   Watch out for low 
rural power lines ... safety first,  safety first.

Changes are:
1.   N0UK/R EN34/35 Sat,  then EN23/24/33/34 grid corner on Sunday.
2.   Scott, N0EDV will  not be /P at Timm's Hill but will be operating from 
home.
3.   I  did not add John, K0JK/R, but watch for him to our west and southwest 
per his  earlier  email.
