[NLRS] N9TTX ARRL UHF plans

Ok, her is the almost set in stone plan (hopefully
things set up good..they should though).

SOHP from EN44 (Fixed - at the W0AIH farm)

Bands:  222 Mhz:  440 Watts into ???stack
        432 Mhz:  100 Watts into a 28 el
       1296 Mhz:  10-18 watts into ???looper or 35EZ
M2
                  if the looper doesn't work hopefully
                  it does.

Modes: SSB/CW, and FM if need be.

Oh and if anyone can, forward this and your rover
plans to the Badger contesters also if you would.  I
don't have their email reflector addy.
