[NLRS] Wx outlook for Rovermania III

Hello NLRS land.   With Rovermania this weekend, I want to make  everyone 
aware, especially the rovers and portable stations, that the NWS has a  Slight 
Risk area forecast for the entire area on Saturday.   Right now  the rain chance 
is 20% on Sat afternoon going to 50% in the  evening.    There is a 
possibility that part of our area  could be ratcheted up one notch to a Moderate Risk 
with concern for rotating  cells, wind, and hail.   The wind will also be 
picking up throughout  the day on Sat ahead of the cold front with winds out of the 
south, gusts up to  30 mph.   As always, rovers drive safe and take this into 
 consideration.
