[NLRS] KC0P/R plans for UHF

KC0P/r will try to get on with 432.170, 1296.100 and 10368.100 MHz.
 
Plan to start in EN33 at 1:00 PM and move thru EN43, EN44 and EN34,
all near St Charles and Altura.
 
On Sunday I may try to get to Cannon Falls EN34 by 11AM to catch the
stuff from IDS. I plan to take plenty of water.
 
If no one answers my calls on 432.170, I may try tailending anyone  else
I can Hear.
