[NLRS] Rover Mania III

Rovermania plans for WB0LJC is a two  grid rove EN34 and EN35 operating from 
Ridgeway park and across the freeway in  the parking lot of the Broadway 
office building. 

If there is rain I will  be staying home. I setup everything in the back of 
the truck and on the tailgate  so I can't operate in the rain.

This will be in support of the locals and  any rovers out at the 
EN24/25/34/35 grid corner.
I may be able to work the  EN23/33/24/34 corner as well.

I will be on for the building bounce  activity.

432                               10W       8 el Quagi or 22 el  K1FO
902        CW/FM  only     5W       Short VJB or  33 el  looper

24G        WBFM  only     10mW  good for working across the road. Anyone  
want to  
stop by and give me a few Q's and two grids?

Band switching will be slow,  I have to change the cables to the interface 
unit.

Liaison on 432.140. I  will change to 432.160 if someone else has spoken 
for.140.
Please remember no  222 SSB for me.

No time schedule for each grid. I will operate in each  grid both days so I 
can give EN35 on
the high bands to the other  rovers.

I figured since the big antennas are not in the air that I would  try to use 
them this year.
I need to fashion a mount so I might end up with  the shorter antennas if 
time runs out.
