Hello NLRS land.   

Two  updates.   First, I added N0UK/R.  Second, I have updated W9FZ's  data.  
 We are up to eight rovers and two portable  stations.   Keep the data coming 
!    Don't forget the  proposed 10G activity times off of downtown.
